No. Quotes, RFQs, brands, vendors and orders are unlimited on every plan. You pay a flat monthly subscription based on how many team seats you need.

Any of them. Both quoting modes are available on every account. Broker quotes price from vendor cost lines and show gross profit on the spread. Co-packer quotes price from a manufacturing BOM with standard cost, setup amortization and markup. Pick the mode per quote, not per plan.

A minimum acceptable gross profit percentage for your shop. The quote builder colors against it live as you enter costs, so you know whether a job clears your floor before you send it. Every plan can set its own.

No. The vendor directory is shared so you are not building it from scratch, but your ratings, notes, project history, costs and margins are visible only to your own team.
