Please read this Legal Notice carefully. It includes our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and required disclosures, and it governs your access to and use of CoPackHQ ("CoPackHQ," "we," "us," or "our"), including this website and, once available, the associated application (together, the "Service"). By accessing the Service or any of its contents, you agree to be bound by the terms below. If you do not agree, do not access the Service.

CoPackHQ is currently in pre-launch. At this stage, the Service consists of this website and a waitlist signup; these Terms apply to that use now, and will apply to the full application upon general availability, subject to the update process described below.

The Information We Collect

Through the waitlist form, we collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company name, role, current tooling, and any other details you choose to share.

We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser and device information, and an approximate location (city/region/country) derived from your IP address. This is used for spam prevention, basic analytics, and to understand where interest in the Service is coming from; it is not precise geolocation and is not used to identify you individually.

Once the full application is available, we will collect additional information necessary to provide the Service, such as organization, account, and business-record data you and your organization choose to enter, consistent with the purpose of a business-to-business operations platform.

To respond to inquiries and provide support
To notify you about early access, launch, and material changes
To monitor and analyze usage patterns and performance
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers.

How We Share Information

We may share information: (a) with service providers who help operate the Service, such as hosting, email delivery, analytics, and advertising/conversion-tracking tools; (b) to comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests; (c) to protect the rights, safety, and security of CoPackHQ, our users, and the public; and (d) in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, which operate under their own policies.

Cookies and Ad-Targeting

We use cookies and similar technologies for a few purposes. Essential cookies are required for the site to function, including session state and theme preference. Analytics and conversion-tracking cookies (for example, from advertising platforms) help us understand how visitors reach the Service and whether a visit resulted in a signup.

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. If you do not accept cookies, some portions of the site may not function correctly.

Terms of Use

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service. By accessing the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

Account responsibility

Once accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

By using the Service, you agree not to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
Transmit malicious code, spam, or unauthorized automated requests
Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from the Service except as expressly permitted
Attempt to circumvent security or access controls
Disseminate, republish, resell, or otherwise disclose data obtained through the Service concerning other users, organizations, quotes, vendor relationships, or pricing, except as expressly intended by the Service's own functionality (for example, a quote shared with its intended recipient)

That last point matters more here than in most sites: this is a business platform where competitors and counterparties may use the same Service, and information one organization enters is not for another's benefit.

Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, trademarks, and branding on the Service are the property of CoPackHQ or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the underlying software or intellectual property to you.

Business records and content you or your organization enter into the Service remain yours; you grant us a license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service to you.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

No warranty

The Service, including all text, information, and materials, is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant the accuracy, adequacy, or completeness of the Service and expressly disclaim liability for errors or omissions. No warranty of any kind, implied, express, or statutory, including warranties of non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, is given.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will CoPackHQ be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising in connection with the Service or its use. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 if you have paid nothing.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware.

Secure Browsing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption intended to protect data in transit. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is absolutely secure.

DMCA Notice

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice by email to the address below with:

A signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough information to locate it;
Your contact information, including an email address;
A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized; and
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

We will respond to good-faith notices consistent with applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms or our Privacy Policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
